international oncology will
be held in Basrah in May
6-7, 2009 under the
patronage of H.E. Minister
of Health. The conference
will discuss every aspect
related to cancer
(diagnosis, therapeutics,
epidemiology, prevention and
others). We have invited
international figures in the
field of cancer to
participate; we are
expecting a good input from
their end.

in the south of Iraq with a noticeable
increase in the incidence of malignancy
in the last 10 years. This is the main
reason behind the establishment of this
conference. Local experiences have grown
up with increasing incidence of
malignancy. Please be so kind and
actively join us.Exchanging ideas is
probably the best way to learn. We are
looking forward to receive your early
free registration. Already so many
papers are offered for discussion.

situation is very good at the present
time; all because of the serious
attention of our respected government

Conference Mission
The conference aims at bringing together experts and researchers
and community leaders to discuss recent advances
in the field of cancer, and to exchange ideas
about the best ways of its management and
methods for reducing its incidence.It also looks
at the optimal care that can be offered for
cancer patients, supporting them
psychologically, physically and economically.
Moreover, a priority is given to unify efforts
for future research in relation to cancer. `
he main topics of the conference:
1- Analysis of the observed increase in cancer
cases
2- Recent advances in diagnosis and treatment
of cancer
Colleagues and researchers who want to participate are requested
